Skip Mitchell movement

Firstly take a look at the description of the Mitchell movement here. That applies to an odd number of tables.

With an even number of tables after the east and west players have gone half way around they skip one table and continue the progression.

This brings them to the table at which they started with one hand to play, and they play that hand against their original opponents.

Frequently the director will not play the last "revenge" round and so all pairs will miss out the play of one set of boards.
